Should i start my career with a new startup company or an well established one?

I will be completing my postgraduation studies, and am looking at various options. I am getting calls mostly for fresh companies or start ups that opened very recently. Should i be joining them or a well established companies? What would be the challenge? I do not have any prior work experience.
All suggestions are welcome.

A well established company generally have good training programme, which you can benefit from.

Also you will be working under experienced professionals / seniors, which will help you in the long run in terms of enriching your own experience while working.

A fresh company is mostly run by very few professionals with mostly less or inexperienced guys. This might need you to learn everything on your own on the job with little inputs from seniors.

It is important to know what start up companies are approaching? If these are related to people or group who have a good successful past, then it could be worth it.

If not, then to be on the safer side a well-established company is better.

For eg., If you are in IT, then after 2 years of employment, to say that I am from L&T Infotech or Infosys, will increase your worth more than a startup IT company.
