Research opportunities for Indian Biotech students in US Universities – 2017


The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India, Indo-US Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and WINStep Forward are partnering to support the prestigious Khorana Program that will provide opportunities to Indian students to undertake research at University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) and other US universities in Summer 2017 for a period of 10-12 weeks.

Eligibility Details

Candidates currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Biotechnology and allied areas at recognized institutions of higher education in India and completing their degrees in/after May 2018 are eligible to apply. Final year/PhD students are NOT eligible to apply

Applications in subject – fields other than those specified in the advertisement will not be considered.

Only those candidates who shall be completing their degree program on or after May 2018 are eligible to apply.
